As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued. Your ability to engage with customers and provide outstanding service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards at all times. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively. Requirements Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions. Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service. Ability to upsell menu items effectively through engaging communication. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
