Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Waiter/Server, where your energy and passion for hospitality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face that guides guests through their culinary journey, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub, you'll play a vital role in elevating our guests' experience and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and professionalism Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure sanitation standards are met Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly for guest satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation platform Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation protocols diligently Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience with food handling, food safety standards, and kitchen operations is advantageous Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to maximize revenue Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day!
