Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to maintain a clean, organized environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Demonstrated culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation and handling standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in sales techniques, including upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting accurately Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Requirements Must be able to work on weekends Must be able to work day and night shifts Must be able to work holidays Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests while developing your career in a lively hospitality environment.
