Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld through proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly advantageous Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus but not required Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving in high-volume settings or events like nightclubs enhances your suitability for this role Excellent communication skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
