WE'RE HIRING FOR FATHER'S DAY

We are looking for a focused server who will follow instructions, stay composed when it's busy, and asks questions when unsure instead of guessing. This role is for father's day only. Due to the short onboarding time, you must have Full-Service restaurant experience

Pay Range:

$7.00 /hr + tips Primary Job Duties Talk to guests and make them feel welcome. Serve food and beverages to patrons. Upsell/Offer drinks and other menu items to guests. Clear and reset used tables. Check in with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals, and take corrective action to any problems. Present and explain menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware. Roll silverware, set up dining areas. Assist by answering phones to take reservations and to-go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests. Fill salt, sauce, condiment, and napkin containers. Remove dishes and glasses from tables and spray them off in the kitchen sink. Do sidework and complete it by end of shift. Qualifications Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages A passion for providing exceptional guest service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment Must have excellent communication skills Be organized and able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all tables within their station
