Job Summary Join our team as a Server at Sol House Tavern! You will deliver memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly service to guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Whether taking orders, recommending specials, or managing guest relations, you'll play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and politely Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed throughout service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a pristine dining environment Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Background in hospitality or serving roles including host/hostess experience

Pay:

$16.94 - $30.00 per hour
