HIGH-END ITALIAN RESTAURANT

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services . As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance with menu selections. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Process payments accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit transactions. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Experience Previous experience in

HIGH-END

restaurant. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions effectively. Familiarity with culinary terms and food safety practices is advantageous. Experience with point-of-sale systems . A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to enhance the overall guest experience. Familiarity with cocktails and wines.
