Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service station Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Manage cash handling, cashiering, and openTable reservations with precision and attention to detail Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff Buss tables efficiently, clear dishes promptly, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area to uphold sanitation standards Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving in diverse environments including nightclubs or high-volume restaurants is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in energetic environments, and want to be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable dining experiences!
