A young college server who is motivated, energetic, and has flexible schedule who can pickup on things fast and efficient, which means you will have to know the menu fairly quick. ". The interview process is going to be in 2 sections. Starting off with a 5-10 minutes phone interview and once that takes place, you will be schedule to meet with the store manager to go over what is expected from the restaurant and at the same time, your pay and hours will be discuss during the interview process.
