We're known for great food, strong drinks, live entertainment, and an atmosphere that keeps people coming back all season long. Position Overview We're looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking servers to join our team. As a server at Dock 34, you'll be the face of our guest experience—delivering great service, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping create a fun, welcoming vibe for every guest. Responsibilities Provide attentive and efficient service to guests Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas Ensure guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Flexible availability , including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Willingness to work hard and learn in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Team players who bring good energy to every shift People who take pride in their work and show up ready to contribute Individuals who can keep up with a busy environment...especially during peak summer hours Why Work With Us Fun, fast-paced waterfront environment Flexible scheduling Great earning potential with tips
