Job Description
The Sharon Country Club is seeking enthusiastic professionals who have a passion for the hospitality industry. Selected candidates will represent our private club, and the values it holds, to provide world class service for our members and their guests. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members, while providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Duties Attend to members upon arrival and throughout their experience Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws. Clean and sanitize equipment, glassware, and work areas regularly. Assist with banquet services or special events Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items. Qualifications Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices and experience in food handling is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Previous experience in food service Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
