As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. Process payments efficiently using cash registers and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards by properly sanitizing work areas and handling food items. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of customers. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
