Banquet servers must be able to handle taking food/drink orders of tables of any size at any given time. Proper food and drink serving etiquette are required, as is knowledge of pivot-point seating. Working knowledge of beer and wine is required. TIPS certification is a must but will be provided if necessary. Banquet server's duties and requirements include but are not limited to: Proper clean uniform must be maintained at all times Able to take multiple food/drink orders with 100% accuracy Must have a working knowledge of proper serving etiquette Must be able to carry trays of food/drinks of any size at any given time Must maintain clean working stations Able to carry out proper opening/closing cleaning procedures to completion Have working knowledge of POS systems Able to comply with all food safety procedures (Food Handlers Certificate is a plus) We are looking for team players with a strong work ethic. Open availability and a willingness to learn and work is a must.'
