Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen. Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and restocking supplies. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Provide a pleasing dining experience for the customers Experience Previous experience as a Server or in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. ability to problem solve in fast paced situations Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
