Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed diligently at all times Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery times and maintain high-quality service standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with health regulations Skills Extensive experience with food service operations, including fine dining environments or nightclubs Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Strong culinary knowledge and food handling skills to assist in food prep or support kitchen staff when needed Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in upselling menu items to boost sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of OpenTable reservation management system for efficient seating flow Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within the food industry Experience working in diverse settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or catering environments Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable dining moments!
