Connect with your calling. We are looking for a Lead Server to join our team! As part of the Benchmark dining team, your role will be to serve food and beverages to residents and ensure that all job tasks in serving are completed in accordance with established Benchmark policies and procedures. Responsibilities Addresses resident concerns or any problem with service immediately. Accounts for all residents at meals, reporting residents who do not attend to the RCD. Ensures all room service meals are delivered to residents' apartments and picked up after meals. Monitors the dining room during mealtimes to ensure proper service. Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing in appearance. Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed. Follows safety regulations and precautions. Follows established Infection Control procedures when performing daily tasks. Ensures that all food service areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner by assuring that necessary equipment and supplies are properly maintained. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous dining room and server experience. CPR certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
