Duties Welcome each guest with warmth and genuine hospitality, providing a gracious introduction that reflects our commitment to exceptional service Ensure guest satisfaction by attentively monitoring tables and anticipating needs throughout the dining experience Present and take food and beverage orders with confidence and a thorough knowledge of all menu offerings Thoughtfully recommend and upsell menu items to enhance the overall guest experience Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system while offering a sincere and memorable farewell Maintain a pristine, well-organized, and inviting dining environment at all times Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Qualifications Experienced servers preferred, with a strong background in upscale or luxury dining environments Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering refined, attentive, and personalized service Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a polished, warm, and gracious manner Proven ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours) while maintaining a poised and professional presence Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
