Overview We are looking for friendly and energetic Servers to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety procedures to ensure a clean dining environment Manage guest relations by addressing questions, dietary restrictions, or concerns professionally Support team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring smooth service flow Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining or casual restaurant settings enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food industry standards including sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling practices Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while developing your hospitality skills!
