In this role, you'll be the first friendly face guests see in the morning, delivering outstanding service during breakfast hours and assisting with banquet setups. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable dining experiences, ensuring guests start their day on a positive note. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are at the forefront of every shift. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service during breakfast hours and banquet events Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Set up and break down banquet spaces efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and proper food handling standards are maintained Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to coordinate guest seating and manage special requests effectively Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy breakfast periods and banquet events Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or kitchen experience is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members seamlessly Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality makes every guest's morning exceptional!
