Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Use reservation management tools Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking across multiple tables. Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
