Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Restaurant Server, where your energy and hospitality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally Experience Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting in the kitchen Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest enjoyment Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, and fellow team members Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
