Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling safety, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling Previous host/hostess or serving experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional service.
