🥃 Server — Farmer & the Cow Wilmington, DE Job Summary As a Server at Farmer & the Cow, you play a key role in delivering a high-energy, hospitality-driven dining experience. You will guide guests through our menu of creative burgers, curated spirits, extensive whiskey selection, and craft cocktails—combining strong product knowledge with attentive, engaging service. This role requires efficiency, awareness, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. What You'll Do Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming service to every guest Confidently guide guests through the menu, including food, whiskey, and cocktail selections Manage multiple tables while maintaining strong attention to detail and timing Accurately enter and process orders using POS systems Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards Uphold food safety, alcohol service, and responsible service practices Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service What We're Looking For Previous serving experience preferred Strong communication and guest engagement skills Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment Interest in whiskey, cocktails, and food pairings (a strong plus) Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
