Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate breakfast orders using POS systems such as TOAST POS, ensuring clear communication of special requests and dietary needs Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Clear tables efficiently, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area according to sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems with cash handling expertise Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food industry best practices Assist with food preparation or setup when needed, especially during busy morning hours in a fine dining or casual setting Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support overall restaurant operations including opening/closing duties, sanitation compliance, and guest service excellence Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality roles preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as
