Job Overview Join our dedicated dietary team as a Dietary Aide/Server, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will play a vital role in providing nourishing, delicious meals to residents in assisted living, nursing homes, or healthcare facilities. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food production in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards Serve meals to residents or patients with courtesy, professionalism, and a positive attitude Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and dining spaces Buss tables, clear trays, and maintain tidy dining areas to promote a pleasant dining experience Follow strict food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure proper sanitation practices are upheld Support the dietary department by helping with inventory management and food storage procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to support meal timing and special dietary needs for residents or patients Experience Previous experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or other healthcare environments is highly preferred Background in food service or the food industry, including culinary experience or food preparation skills Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities such as serving meals, assisting with meal prep, and maintaining sanitation standards Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy meal times Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to ensure resident safety Experience with cleaning, sanitation, bussing, and general kitchen duties is advantageous Passion for customer service and supporting the nutritional needs of vulnerable populations Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication helps enhance residents' quality of life through nutritious meals and compassionate service.
