Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and promote beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve sushi and other dishes with professionalism, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently during busy hours Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or sushi restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus Experience with customer service roles that involve serving guests in hospitality or nightclub settings is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing accurately Excellent communication skills to engage guests positively and work collaboratively with team members Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional sushi experiences!
