Summary :
We're looking for a detail-oriented Expo (Food Expeditor) to be the connection between our kitchen and service teams. In this role, you'll ensure food is prepared correctly, plated beautifully, and delivered promptly, helping create a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Requirements :
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (expo or service experience a plus) Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to commit to quality, accuracy, and guest satisfaction Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure Employer conducts Background Check, Drug Screening and E-Verify Physical Requirements Due to
Nature of Job :
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team Ensure all food orders are accurate, complete, and meet presentation standards Monitor ticket times and prioritize orders to maintain efficient service flow Garnish and plate dishes according to standards before service Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary expo line Support kitchen and service teams during peak service times Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work Schedule :
Full-Time, Part-Time Require Flexible Scheduling Availability including nights and weekends
