Description:
At Camp Margaritaville Resort, we blend laid-back island vibes with exceptional hospitality to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. From family-friendly activities to signature Margaritaville celebrations, we deliver fun, escape, and adventure in every moment. We're looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Restaurant Servers to join our food and beverage team. In this role, you'll provide friendly, attentive service while delivering high-quality food and beverages that enhance each guest's dining experience. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming, attentive dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner Offer menu knowledge, make recommendations, and answer guest questions Ensure orders are prepared correctly and meet quality and presentation standards Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain a clean, organized dining area and follow all sanitation guidelines Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Job Qualifications:
Previous serving or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing excellent guest service The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
