Join as a Cocktail Waitress in our Food & Beverage Team and be part of the fun and excitement. What you will be doing Takes orders and serves beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner using suggestive selling techniques. Serves food to guests. Ensures that guests are served in accordance to State and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol, including checking identification. Determines when a guest has had too much alcohol and contacts the manager on duty or security for assistance. Is able to take care of several orders at once. Describes all beverage items, prices and methods of preparation. Controls guest checks to secure proper payment. Maintains an opening and closing check list. Answers general customer inquiries as needed. All other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position High School Diploma preferred. 2+ years of previous experience working as a Cocktail Server preferred. Strong knowledge of beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to lift trays of beverage items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours. Enthusiastic and energetic. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays. May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted. Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check. Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
