Join our Team, where WORK = FUN . What You Will Be Doing Provides friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests. Knows all table numbers, stations and floor plans. Assists wait staff as needed in serving beverages and delivering food to tables. Responsible for final review of orders for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery to guests. Clears and cleans tables following guest departures. Checks table condiments and fill if necessary. Sets table with appropriate utensils and other necessary items. Assists guests as necessary. Performs other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and set up. Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas. Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies. All other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position High School Diploma preferred. Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for 8 hours. Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays. May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted. Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
