As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your ability to engage with guests, understand their needs, and deliver top-notch service will be key to your success in this role. • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations for upselling items.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail in presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests. Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and culinary terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with guests effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including and weekends as needed.
