Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describes daily specials to guests; answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilizes the Point of Sale (POS) system Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques Practices tray service for all food and beverage service Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2 years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position Regular and reliable attendance Serving both indoors and on the pool deck; must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
