This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing seamless, attentive service. The Server Assistant will assist with greeting guests, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. This position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of service and upholding the high standards of our restaurants and cafés.
What You Do:
Warmly greet and acknowledge all guests in line with company standards, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Set and clear tables for service while maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management, and complete all required safety training and certifications. Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by Supervisors to support overall operations. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the
Table:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is required. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to speak English fluently. Must be adept at managing a variety of guest service situations and interacting effectively with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in alignment with company standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed. Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
