THE OPPORTUNITY

The Delray Beach Club is looking for a server for our three outlets.

THE ROLE OF THE SERVER

As a Server, you will curate the Member and guest experience by genuinely sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm. You will drive the food and beverage culture and assist in the daily operations of our restaurants in the Reef or Bleu.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Deliver dining experiences that align with Delray Beach Club standards of excellence. Offer prompt, precise, and personable service, understanding and catering to members and guest preferences. Engage Members and guests with descriptive details about menu items, including their origins, flavors, and preparation techniques. Use the Club's point-of-sale system (NorthStar) efficiently, ensuring harmony between the kitchen's output and the member's request. Anticipate members' needs, ensure their satisfaction, and address any concerns immediately. Uphold Delray Beach Club service standards in all interactions. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene, maintaining a sanitized work environment. Monitor equipment and storage temperatures, ensuring optimal functionality. Address member feedback with tact and liaise with management when needed. Reflect the professional standards of Delray Beach Club in all behaviors and interactions. Foster harmonious relationships with colleagues. Other duties and projects as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience:

Minimum 2 years as a server; work experience in a luxury Food & Beverage setting is a plus. Must have open availability/flexible schedule - Weekends, Evenings, and holidays. Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America

WHAT TO EXPECT
