Job Description

Servers:
$10.98 / hour plus tips / Free Pizza Merlins Pizza is seeking a few exceptionally friendly and outgoing people to help out as a Servers. We are hiring for day and evening shifts. Full and Part-Time. Only people that are VERY outgoing, friendly, and well-spoken will be considered. Our servers keep 100% of their tips and are typically the highest compensated hourly employees when tips are added to base pay. No experience necessary.
About Merlins Pizza:
This is not a typical pizza job. The environment is fast-paced and intense. We have high standards for our product and our people. But the people who rise to those standards usually love the fast-paced environment with an emphasis on speed and quality. We are quick to bump pay up when it's deserved, and we are always looking for future shift leads and managers within our existing crew. Anyone that comes in wanting to work and grow can always find both with us. Merlin's Pizza has been the locals' choice for over 25 years. We were voted Best Pizza on the Emerald Coast by Emerald Coast Magazine in 2023, 2024, and 2025. We have two mottos. The first is "Sunshine, sand, and pizza in my hand." This one is mostly for the customers because it describes the vibe they feel when they pull into Destin on vacation and just want a slice of our prime pizza to go with their sunset view from the hotel. Our food communicates relaxation, vacation, and good vibes to them and that's why they love us. Our second motto is "Life is too short for corporate pizza." This one does communicate to the customers that great things are worth it, but it probably means more to the staff. The owner and entire management team meet to discuss store issues weekly. The team is small enough that everyone can be heard and we can change anything that isn't working without needing to get an approval from some fat cat 3 states away. Merlin's Pizza is a little different sometimes, and that's ok because we are the only ones that have to approve it.
