We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Food Runners to join our team. As a Food Runner at Altamura, you play an essential role in supporting our service team and ensuring that our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests promptly, accurately, and with attention to presentation Assist servers by anticipating the needs of guests and supporting overall table service Ensure food is delivered at the correct temperature and in perfect condition Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas Uphold Altamura's high standards for hospitality and guest satisfaction What We're Looking For A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Interest in Italian cuisine and culture (training will be provided) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed Why Join Us?
