Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, including food prep and plating when necessary Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining excellent guest relations Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster guest relations and team collaboration Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
