The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Experience with food handling, POS systems, and customer relations is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant setting that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and culinary excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guests throughout their meal Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a collaborative environment Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures at all times Provide guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols is desirable Background in customer service roles like host/hostess or nightclub service enhances candidacy Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving, food preparation, and guest relations is beneficial Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and transaction processing are essential This position offers an engaging work environment where hospitality skills are valued.
