• Job Summary
• We are seeking a dedicated Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
• Assist in setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness
• Operate POS systems to process guest orders and payments
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of guest service principles and practices
• Proficiency in phone etiquette for taking reservations or handling inquiries
