The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our food service environment, supporting the overall operations of our kitchen, banquet, or hospitality setting. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in food handling, catering, and hospitality industries, contributing to a seamless guest experience. Duties Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Support food preparation activities, including basic cooking and plating as needed Handle cleaning duties such as sanitizing utensils, dishes, and kitchen surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Aid in food handling and storage procedures following safety protocols Assist with catering setup and breakdown for events or banquets Ensure proper organization of supplies and equipment in the kitchen and service areas Support restaurant or hotel staff with serving duties when required Maintain cleanliness in all work areas to meet health and safety regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety practices Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering events Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending A positive attitude and willingness to support team members in various roles within the food service operation This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills within a dynamic team environment.
