Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our Gof club team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience while enjoying their beverages. As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and promoting our drink offerings. Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the beverage area. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Upsell beverage options to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Operate cash registers for processing payments accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Experience Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Experience in grocery store environments or similar settings can be an asset but is not required.
