Responsibilities Greet guests Guide guests through our ordering process Being knowledgable of specialty coffee, teas and our menu Operating a POS and handling payments Counting money Serving food Prioritizing sustainable business practices Working as a team Keeping and maintaining high standards of cleanliness Making our guests happy Skills Previous work experience as a Server, at least 1 year Hands-on experience with running food & bussing tables Knowledge of sanitation regulations Basic math skills Ability to gauge customers' preferences Excellent communication skills High school diploma Being dependable and reliable Self-motivated Opportunities to grow within the company.
