00-6:00PM Our newest location in Fort Myers Join our dynamic team as an Expo/Food Runner/Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate the guest experience! In this lively role, you'll be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring that food is delivered promptly, tables are cleared efficiently, and guests receive exceptional service. Your enthusiasm will help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Assist in delivering hot and cold food items from the kitchen to dining areas with speed and accuracy Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting space for guests Support servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs as directed Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food presentation and resolve any issues quickly Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation standards Support banquet or special event setups when required, ensuring all food service areas are prepared for guest enjoyment Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Experience with food preparation, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous Excellent customer service skills to create memorable guest experiences Understanding of hospitality principles gained through hotel or culinary experience is beneficial Join us and be part of a lively team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, teamwork, and attention to detail!
