Duties Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems. Prepare and cook food at the fry station efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met and food safety protocols are followed Food handling and sanitation responsibilities to maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations Clear tables promptly by bussing and resetting for new guests, supporting smooth restaurant flow Assist with dishwashing duties to ensure all utensils, cookware, and service ware are sanitized and available for use Support opening or closing procedures including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and sanitation checks Upsell menu items using knowledge of the menu to increase sales while providing excellent guest service Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order accuracy Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and guest relations abilities Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
