Duties Deliver hot and cold dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation standards to promote guest health and safety Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay special requests or modifications Support food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or garnishing under chef supervision Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including clearing trays and organizing utensils and condiments Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and servers Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel food operations is a plus Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and basic cooking skills is beneficial Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to multitask effectively while staying organized under pressure Understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in hospitality settings Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences!
