Position Summary The Server/Bartender plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. This position requires strong service skills, the ability to prepare beverages to club standards, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner; retain and recognize the names of returning members Take accurate and efficient food and beverage orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member and guest satisfaction Assist with food preparation and plating when needed Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently Maintain knowledge of drink preparation, wine service, and cocktail crafting Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations Process payments and manage member charges accurately Work collaboratively with the F&B team to support smooth service operations Skills Previous experience in both serving and bartending required Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Responsible alcohol service certification (preferred) Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong team orientation Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
