Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining proper sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, fine dining, or nightclub environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
