NOW HIRING - EXPERIENCED BUSSERS PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
Punta Morada is a high-end restaurant. Please do not apply unless you have previous experience as a busser or server in an upscale or fine dining restaurant . Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred. We are looking for energetic, professional team members who take pride in exceptional hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Duties Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times. Assist with guest seating, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold sanitation standards. Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights, including managing guest relations and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, buzzer in a high end restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of fine dining standards, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes accurately. Basic food industry knowledge including food preparation, serving techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
