Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, process sales transactions accurately, and operate POS systems smoothly Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain seamless service flow Buss tables, clear dishes, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards Use your culinary experience and spirits knowledge to recommend food pairings or drink options when appropriate Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving or host/hostess roles is desirable; hospitality or food industry background preferred Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or boxes as needed, and perform cleaning duties effectively Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
