If you excel in a dynamic environment and are committed to excellence, we invite you to apply. Duties Greet guests promptly and warmly upon their arrival and guide them to their tables. Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and meet The Armory Speakeasy's high standards. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including all specials and promotions. Ensure the dining area remains clean and well-organized, adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our POS system. Provide professional, courteous, and engaging service to all guests. Assist with opening and closing duties as required, preparing the restaurant for service and ensuring everything is in order for the next shift. Qualifications Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or bar setting. Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to carry heavy trays of food and beverages. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
